Grunty, the Murloc Marine appears on the PTR

We’ve had WoW and Diablo 3-themed BlizzCon/Worldwide Invitational in-game pets already, so you might say “hell, it’s about time” when we tell you that Grunty, a murloc in Space Marine power armor, is on its way.
MMO-Champion’s Boubouille, head of the Romulan Data Miners Guild, discovered the pet’s model while performing routine excavation on [...]

Three Worgen Moon graces Jinx

I had never stepped foot inside an instance before now. My life had been one of roleplay and sitting AFK in Alterac Valley’s luxury “Starting Cave” resort. And then she came to me. My precious. She was heralded originally by our own Mike Schramm, and now she’s here. My incredible Three Worgen Moon T-Shirt. She’s [...]

Holy crap, Blink has sort of been fixed

Before you ask:
No, it still doesn’t work going into or out of the flag rooms in Warsong Gulch.
Places it does work:

Around Azeroth: Will the real Lich King please stand up?

Reader Chris stumbled upon this pretender to the throne while exploring the Badlands. As you can see, this “king” has his own fear-inspiring army of undead — or maybe they’re just dead. They certainly don’t seem too animated. Sitting lonely atop his not-so-frozen throne, this skeletal monarch must be wondering where all the hired hands [...]

Patch 3.3 PTR: The Pit of Saron in motion

As you might have read, a few members of the WoW.com crew hit the PTR over the weekend and took a few runs through the Pit of Saron, one of the new 5-man dungeons in Patch 3.3. It’s also the only one currently available for testing. We didn’t walk away from it with only [...]

Breakfast Topic: Did you meet your Brewfest goals?

Brewfest was over. It was fun. It was extended. But now it’s gone.
I was able to get my Brewmaster title this year and caught it on video. I also enjoyed a couple of events with the It came from the Blog guild. Because we had Achievements this year, I find that the event was [...]
